About The Role

As Business Development Representative at Ingrid, we are actively searching for a dynamic individual poised to propel Ingrid's expansion efforts in the Nordics, playing a pivotal role in building our pipeline and driving our growth in this key market. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support our sales objectives. As a BDR, we are also expecting you to support implementing and testing outbound campaigns and sequences and building a scalable pipeline generation mechanism. Join our Nordic Sales team, where you'll collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives and Key Account Managers who bring exceptional expertise in sales, products, and industry insights. The current team consists of Account Executives and one KAM, and you'll be the first dedicated BDR in the Nordic region, working alongside our skilled UK-based BDRs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to represent the company at industry events and fairs, working hand-in-hand with the rest of the team and our valued partners. This is a unique chance to help shape the BDR function in the Nordics and contribute directly to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking to generate a robust pipeline of leads in the Nordics

  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and pipeline status, and suggest improvements based on market insights

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and business development targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Swedish and English
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, lead generation techniques, sales engagement and CRM software
