International Sales Manager, Latin America

inMusic seeks an experienced, commercially-minded regional owner to drive revenue, channel performance and go-to-market execution across Latin America. This role focuses on distributor and dealer relationships, channel development, localized GTM execution and profitability improvement (margin and channel mix), working cross-functionally to accelerate growth for inMusic brands and its product categories.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Meet or exceed regional revenue and margin improvement targets.
  • Measurably improve distributor sell-through, dealer compliance and retail execution.
  • Deliver clear, actionable regional market recommendations and GTM playbooks and subsequent implementations.
  • Establish reliable regional forecasting and channel performance tracking.
  • Reside in the Latin America region and demonstrate deep, first-hand understanding of market nuances across territories.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Revenue & Channel Leadership

  • Own regional revenue plans, sales forecasts and territory execution for Latin America; manage pipeline and conversion across channels.
  • Lead distributor and national account relationships; negotiate commercial terms and promotional programs that align with company objectives.

Channel Development & Enablement

  • Design and deliver dealer/distributor enablement materials (training, POS assets, demos) to maximize sell-through and average revenue per partner.
  • Establish dealer compliance monitoring and remediation processes; support partners on assortment, merchandising and return policies.

Go-To-Market & Launch Execution

  • Build region-specific GTM plans for product launches — coordinate with Product, Supply and Global Marketing for timing, localized content, pricing and logistics.
  • Implement GTM tracking inputs and forecasting.

Marketing Coordination (Regional Scope)

  • Work directly with distributor and dealer partners on events and promotions.
  • Submit regional marketing recommendations (campaigns, events, promotions, influencer activations).

Profitability & Performance Measurement

  • Be accountable for regional profitability outcomes (margin improvement, price discipline, promotional ROI and channel mix).
  • Define and monitor KPIs: regional revenue vs. plan, distributor sell-through, fill/RTS rates, CRM adoption, and dealer compliance metrics.
  • Produce concise monthly/quarterly reports and actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback to Product, Supply and Finance to inform roadmap, allocation and commercial decisions.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics to resolve service level issues affecting sales and dealer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • 8+ years progressive commercial experience in musical instruments, audio/electronics, consumer electronics or closely related industries.
  • 3+ years direct experience managing distributor and channel partner relationships across Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Andean, Southern Cone).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding regional revenue targets and improving distributor/dealer performance.
  • Deep knowledge of Latin American trade dynamics, tax/logistics complexity and cultural nuances; must reside in the Latin America region.
  • Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese also preferred. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Excel and GTM/marketing analytics tools.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible schedules to support market needs.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and channel management expertise.
  • Analytical: sets KPIs, interprets sales and marketing data, and converts insights into executable regional recommendations.
  • Practical, execution-focused — builds playbooks and drives partner adoption.
  • Experience working with distributor/dealer events, promotions and influencer/KOL activations.
  • Existing distributor and dealer relationships in Latin America are a strong plus.
  • Passion for music technology products and credibility with artist/retailer communities.
