✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing sales, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
- Interact with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring clients to negotiating and closing deals
- Provide support and mentorship for Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate new qualified opportunities and pipelines
- Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations to ensure clients get the most out of the deals offered
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics

- Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Proven oral and written communication abilities, effective phone skills, and exquisite listening skills are essential
- Superior project and time management skills are required to succeed in this fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and customer success teams is crucial for success
