Door To Door Sales Trainer
Door to Door Sales Trainer to join the Education team within the Sales Academy. This critical role is responsible for the successful onboarding and skill development of 10-15 new Door to Door Sales Representatives each week. The trainer will leverage their deep D2D sales expertise to deliver high-impact remote training on product knowledge, core sales techniques, and the effective use of essential sales tools, ensuring a fast and effective ramp-up for all new hires. The Door to Door Sales Trainer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of new hire training and preparedness, including:
- New Hire Onboarding & Access: Own the seamless onboarding process, including ensuring all new sales representatives have the necessary system access, accounts, and resources to begin training successfully.
- High-Impact Sales Training: Design, lead, and facilitate engaging remote training sessions focused on GFiber product value, best practices in door-to-door sales techniques, and objection handling.
- Tool Proficiency & System Readiness: Train new hires comprehensively on required sales and canvassing tools, including Salesforce and specialized D2D applications (e.g., Sales Rabbit), ensuring reps are fully proficient before deployment.
- Active Engagement & Remote Learning: Proactively utilize dynamic and creative remote training methodologies to maintain high levels of engagement and knowledge retention within a remote learning environment.
- Practical Application: Conduct and lead frequent, realistic role-play scenarios and simulations to allow representatives to practice and refine their sales pitches and techniques in a safe environment.
- Performance Feedback & Alignment: Provide timely, specific, and actionable performance feedback to new hire representatives and regularly communicate insights and progress reports to the respective Sales Managers to ensure strong alignment between training and field coaching efforts.
- Organizational Management: Maintain strong organizational skills to manage training materials, class schedules, trainee records, and follow-up activities.
