Sales Manager

Intapp is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our EMEA Mid-Market Sales team who will also be part of our Financial Services GTM Leadership team. They will collaborate closely with Intapp leadership and our GTM teams to drive strategy and execution for the Financial Services vertical.

The Sales Manager will work closely with other leaders and counterparts across all relevant functions including Intapp's GMs, sales, client success, product, engineering, alliances, marketing, services, and support groups. They will ensure that all teams are aligned and fully informed with respect to market needs and priorities to ensure Intapp's Financial Services solutions are best of breed and optimized to succeed in the market. They will lead the regional strategy and directly impact the revenue growth of the Financial Services vertical while ensuring our Industry solutions and Applied AI product strategy continues to set Intapp apart in the marketplace.

What You'll Do:

  • Developing and executing a revenue growth plan for the Mid-Market Segment of the FS EMEA Sales Team.
  • Creating, installing, and executing on the EMEA Mid-Market playbook that will be utilized by all Mid-Market teams members to increase deal velocity, throughput, and closings.
  • Cultivating relationships with the most senior, pedigreed, and accomplished executives of leading EMEA Financial Services firms.
  • Selling to the staff support teams that evaluate, install, and manage technology and business solutions within these firms.
  • Serve as the lead executive Financial Services Mid-Market industry expert in communicating the value proposition to prospective and existing clients and help the go to market team close new business.
  • Build and maintain key executive-level relationships with prospects, clients and partners in the industry to support our strategy and client development.
  • Meet or speak with Financial Services prospective clients on a regular basis to ensure that we are fully aware of issues and opportunities to improve the solution and/or processes.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in significant executive level role with software firm(s) of scale that serve and sell to the Financial Services industry.
  • Natural leader with experience as a leader in large matrixed organizations where cross-functional indirect influence leadership has been a part of your success.
  • Team player with ability to coordinate work across varied functions and teams to drive alignment.
  • Communicate as needed with engineering, product, and support teams to make sure teams are aligned and working to optimize the solution and related processes.
  • Capability to present value propositions to C-level and board-level executives.
  • Excellent executive written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct executive client interaction.
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with demanding internal and external customers.
  • Flexibility to travel globally as needed.
