Our LED-lighting division stands at the forefront of exciting growth opportunities, and we are seeking an energetic Commercial Inside Employee – LED Lighting to further build this success.

Your Role

In this role, you will be the point of contact for customers within the LED lighting sector, such as electrical wholesale distributors, specialized distributors, and online retailers. You will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships, with a strong focus on profitable growth and supporting strategic sales plans as outlined by the Country Sales Manager.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities include:

• Active sales: You will conduct daily proactive conversations with customers and capitalize on upselling opportunities with selected accounts.
• Customer management: You will build strong relationships with local customers and ensure they utilize the Integral LED-portal for more efficient processes.
• Strategic growth: You will focus on acquiring new customers and increasing our visibility within the market.
• Support and advice: You will answer customer inquiries via email or phone and ensure excellent service.
• Collaboration: You will regularly visit customers with local partners and support them as needed.
• Data and reporting: You will keep the CRM system up-to-date and schedule your meetings carefully.

Who We Are Looking For

You are driven, customer-oriented, and commercially minded. You have an affinity for technology and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-changing market. You also possess:

• Experience with sales, quotations, upselling, and/or account management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a "hunter" mentality.
• Good organizational skills and knowledge of IT systems.
• Affinity with the lighting and electrical engineering sector (experience in electrical wholesale is a plus).
