They are a leading global manufacturer of high-performance 3D printing materials, seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing North American team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads within target industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Machinery, Electronics, Education, or Healthcare.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, from end-users to distributors.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation, closing, and account management.
Market Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the additive manufacturing landscape and effectively communicate how our products provide solutions to specific customer challenges.
Strategic Planning: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support market penetration.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and opening new accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex customer needs.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
An interest in technology and manufacturing; prior experience in 3D printing or one of the target industries is a strong plus.
