This role is to lead the ICE Fixed Income & Data Services Commercial team in Japan, grow the book of business and manage a team of sales professionals. The role directly reports to the Senior Director, Sales - APAC. ICE Fixed Income & Data Services. The candidate will lead from the front and directly impact the future growth of the business through their strong leadership skills, communication, collaborations, sales experience and industry network.
This is a key senior position within our APAC sales team providing a great opportunity to further develop your sales leadership skills with a strong global brand, high performing team, close collaboration with APAC & Global Senior Leaders/Stakeholders and commercial strategy development and execution for Japan. The Hybrid Sales and Relationship Team under Japan comprises of 3 team members. There will also be mentoring and guidance across departments for example presales, business development, product and client service.
