Commercial Team Business Development

Facilitating commercial team Business Development efforts by providing project management support with IFF different creative Centers. Supporting commercial team based in the region to administrate the existing business via back-office tasks Facilitating information sharing with rest of IFF.

Business Development:

• Samples shipment
• Insure timely and accurate shipment of both oils and applied samples to IFF other CCs

Project Management:

• Insure project timeline are respected
• Insure tracking and update IFF interne tools with key actions
• Insure submissions package are done properly
• Support Account manager to promote IFF fragrances at the time of submission

Existing Business Sales Administration:

1. Price list maintenance

• Update Source request (Customer system)
• Keep Internal price list on excel uptodate and accurate
• Insure SAP maintenance and accuracy of price information in SAP, including price increase implementation

2. Insure transport costs to major destinations are regularly updated

• Primary point of contact for Tilburg customer service and contact relay for customer manufacturing –support trouble shooting and new fragrance introduction
• Other Sales support Colleagues replacement during holidays/sick leave

Required Skills:

• Autonomous
• Financial background is not a necessity but manipulating figures should not be problematic
• Ability to manage details while developing a broad understanding of the business
• Good interpersonal skills
• English speaker
• Fast learner - Knowledge of the Fragrance industry would be a plus
• Required Experience: 3-5 years
