Location: Remote – Must reside on the East Coast Compensation: $90K–$140K base (commensurate with experience in flexible packaging) + uncapped commission Total earnings for top performers: $150K–$200K+
We're hiring an experienced territory sales manager to oversee and expand business across the East Coast. This role is built for someone with a strong background in flexible packaging sales who thrives in a high-autonomy, field-based role. You'll manage key customer accounts while developing new business across manufacturing sectors, supported by an inside sales and leadership team that knows when to step in—and when to let you lead.
You'll travel as needed (about 50%) and operate independently, running your territory like it's your own business. For the right person, this is a serious income opportunity and a long-term home within a family-run company that values people and performance.
