Work closely with Area Sales Managers to manage and lead annual projects for market development and sales generation (e.g., Mobile events, ABAM, Vision presentations).
Directly manage contracts related to da Vinci auxiliary equipment (e.g., E-200, Handheld Camera)
Develop and lead Greenfield program management, including hospital visit
Directly manage AMP or PPP systems for the monthly billing and recognition
Provide detailed and actionable data analytics to assess the feasibility of existing and newly targeted accounts
Assist with key account management and post-sales works (e.g. 90 days procedure follow-up after installation, first procedure date, etc.)
Manage and develop complex sales tools to standardize the sales materials and documents
Identify key institutions and generate market awareness
Provide operational support for contract processing, strategic reporting, SOP development, and other sales activities on the team
Effectively manage ASM model tracking and acceleration
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years of experience in medical device Sales and/or Marketing
Sales management experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems, collaborate effectively, and produce results. Highly accountable for duties and responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
Ability to travel more than 50%
