Job Description

Digital Sales Manager:

Primary Function: The Digital Sales Manager (DSM) leads the strategy and execution of digital sales initiatives, with a strong focus on managing and developing a high-performing digital solutions sales team. This role drives commercial outcomes by expanding adoption of Intuitive's digital offerings through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, lead, and coach a digital solutions sales team to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that promote adoption and utilization of digital solutions.
• Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs to ensure consistent performance and revenue growth.
• Align field and corporate sales teams on market strategy and lead prioritization.
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations to support go-to-market efforts and identify new opportunities.
• Lead change management and training for new digital offerings.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.
• Oversee sales reporting, territory planning, and administrative compliance.

Qualifications

Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to a major city in the Western U.S. with access to a major airport, such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in sales leadership (managing salespeople is required).
• Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred.
• Proven success in strategic account management and cross-functional project leadership.
• Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%; field selling and surgical area access required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with IDNs and strategic customer growth.
• Familiarity with digital product adoption and customer success strategies.
