Job Description

The Sales Strategy Analyst 2 will partner closely with commercial leadership to examine complex business challenges, providing strategic, data-driven insights that directly influence critical business decisions.

The Analyst will build solid, strategic business partner relationships with US Specialty sales leadership. This is a highly data driven role that works extensively with large, dynamic datasets to support sales strategies, performance optimization, and customer targeting. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills, enabling them to consolidate disparate data sources, identify critical business drivers, and effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of business drivers with the ability to translate data to actionable insights
  • Serve as an internal consultant and partner for our US specialty sales team providing data and analytics to help drive the business
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and drive additional value to commercial leadership and the broader organization
  • Develop resources such as reporting dashboards that highlight opportunities and enable our commercial team to be more effective
  • Execute recurring data-based deliverables for the specialty sales team, such as executive reporting packages, sales performance reports, dashboard/tool updates, territory design, and quota modeling and allocation
  • Partner and work cross functionally with broader US and international sales strategy and operations teams to share insights and best practices

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business intelligence, sales strategy, business operations, or a similar statistical role
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability think critically through complex problems
  • Dedicated curiosity and aptitude for understanding trends, outliers, and causal relationships
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional business application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency with statistical and data visualization tools
  • This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week

Required Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tableau & SQL preferred
