We are looking for someone who is result-driven, has the ability to build culture and create structure, and can realize ambitious goals through clear leadership and commercial insight!

Responsibilities

  • Implement our sales strategy and ensure structure, predictability, and progress in the establishment of new strategic agreements/framework agreements
  • Lead a new sales team and further develop the sales culture through clear leadership
  • Contribute to the conceptualization of Kredinor's products and solutions, in a cross-functional collaboration
  • Operatively work with your own sales processes – from prospecting to negotiation and establishment of new agreements
  • Ensure good anchoring of sales activities internally, and in close collaboration with other departments
  • Develop networks and build relationships and drive complex sales processes, over time
  • You report to the Commercial Director, and become a key person in the commercial leadership team

You recognize yourself in the following

  • Relationship-strong and structured leader with documented results from B2B, in complex solution sales
  • Experience with long-term sales and bidding processes where strategic prospecting is central
  • Thrives with change management and has good experience with development of sales teams
  • Good negotiation skills and high execution capability
  • Good understanding of CRM and sales support tools
  • Experience from industries such as collection, finance, banking, credit, or technical solution sales/SaaS, is a big advantage
  • You preferably have education at Master/Bachelor level, but a lot of relevant experience can compensate for this
