Independent Sales Representative

Be your own CEO! As a Jostens Independent Sales Representative (1099), you are highly motivated and interested in building your own business. You are entrepreneurial in nature and want more out of life than just a job. You have passion, sales skills, high discipline, self-motivation, relationship management, technical skills, great communication skills, and flexibility. Regional/territory and national travel required (percentage varies dependent on territory location and demographics). Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience. You have a 4-year degree (preferred not required).

You will gain market share through customer and prospect development. You will build and maintain customer relationships and work effectively with school administrations, organizations and their advisors, teachers, and students. You will advise school administration on products and services offered by Jostens. You will comply with all applicable laws associated with the services performed for Jostens. You will maintain an independent business office and be responsible for all business expenses, including but not limited to travel to facilitate sale. You will hire, retain, and compensate an office and sales staff as needed. You will represent the Jostens brand and shared values of accountability to customers, unwavering integrity, responsibility and respect for those we serve.
