Apply at Friendship Village, the Cedar Valley's only Lifecare community, is currently seeking an individual to join our growing Sales and Marketing Team as a Sales and Lifecare Consultant. The Sales and Lifecare Consultant is a sales professional who builds relationships and trust, helping future residents envision and take action on creating their retirement lifestyle at Friendship Village or Landmark Commons. The Sales and Lifecare Consultant will take ownership of the process - from initial lead through closing. This individual is responsible for guiding prospective residents through a personalized sales process-utilizing discovery, telephone contact, in person or virtual appointments and creative follow-up practices to nurture and leads to sales. Must also be comfortable doing extensive phone out-reach. We are looking for someone who is personable, driven, energetic and has a high attention to detail. Our Sales and Marketing Center is a very fast-paced environment. While this position is primarily Mon-Fri, it does require flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
