Medtech Inside Sales Representative

In our Remote MedTech Inside Sales Representative role, you will play a crucial role in contacting and engaging with a list of leads provided, with the goal of generating interest and setting the stage for new business opportunities for device services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. What you will be doing in the role:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and networking. Utilize phone calls and email to engage with prospects and understand their needs.
  • Candidates will be responsible for 20+ outreach calls per day from the provided contact list
  • Present client services in a clear and professional manner
  • Qualify prospects and capture interest for follow up by the sales team
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all conversations in a CRM/Software
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach goals
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales efforts. Share insights and feedback to continuously improve our sales strategies and processes.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Monitor and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
  • Will also accept 3-5 years' experience in similar role in lieu of education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value.
  • Comfortable with high-call volume and speaking with decision makers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.
