Role Purpose

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and deepening relationships with core clients. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, introducing innovative solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction—all while contributing to LRQA's global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of core clients, with a focus on retention and upselling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Work closely with marketing, service delivery, and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs to position LRQA as a forward-thinking, value-driven partner.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets and growing clients.
  • Skilled in identifying client challenges and delivering insight-led solutions.
  • Fluent in English; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365, MS Office, and business software tools.
  • Experience in the assurance sector and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
