Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone based in Alpharetta who is looking to build a career in tech sales. You'll work closely with our Sales Executives to support lead generation and qualification efforts, helping to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This is an entry-level role with strong development opportunities for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research and verify leads using tools such as Salesforce and other prospecting platforms
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Executives
  • Maintain and update accurate records of interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
  • Support the sales team with reporting, data cleansing, and campaign follow-ups
  • Monitor industry trends and contribute ideas for pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in or willing to commute regularly to the office Alpharetta, GA (hybrid work setup)
  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (internships welcome)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
