Fitness Sales Manager

The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our coaching programs while ensuring a premium experience for every member. You will lead the transition from membership to results by selling training sessions, managing the "Turn-Over" process, and hitting revenue targets for private training and supplements.

Key responsibilities include driving sales and revenue growth, selling training, mastering the "Turn-Over" process, prospecting, coaching the coaches, ensuring service excellence, overseeing staff schedules, enforcing policy, and maintaining availability.

Qualifications include proven success in sales, a background in fitness, hospitality, or retail management, strong communication skills, current CPR/AED certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lead tours and remain active on the fitness floor for long periods.

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
