The Channel Manager is responsible for developing and leading the Channel Sales Team to drive sustainable growth across North America. He/she will drive growth by partnering with the '80' (Strategic) customers to understand their needs and effectively close sales. Build and execute strategic plans with Converters, Distributors, OEM's, and Film producers to position the Company for success over the long-range plan through growth of our '80' (Top 20%) product lines with our '80' (Top 20%) customers. He/She will focus on eliminating complexity within the channel to lead a growth focus. The Channel Manager will be based in Carol Stream, IL. He/She will report to the Global Sales Director of Zip-Pak. This individual will have a team of 3 direct reports and the responsibility of our North American Distributors.
The salary range for this position is $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually with bonus potential. The pay rate for a successful candidate will depend on the geographic location, this salary range is for a successful candidate in the Chicago, Illinois Metro area. The specific hiring rate within the posted range will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
