Enterprise Account Executive

We're seeking an entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our customer base in the Netherlands and across Europe, focusing on the acquisition of new customers. This role is centered on driving revenue growth by securing new accounts in one of the world's most advanced horticultural markets.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Sales, serving as a key strategic partner to drive organizational growth within the Netherlands and broader European markets. Responsibilities:
Lead Enterprise Sales Process:
- Own the sales process for enterprise-level customers in the Netherlands and nearby regions, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations, building trust-based relationships to advance opportunities.
- Generate leads through trade shows, sales outreach, marketing initiatives, networking, and referrals.
Develop Tailored Solutions:
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored, innovative solutions.
- Present and demonstrate IUNU's technology, showcasing its value and differentiation to prospective clients.
Negotiate and Close Deals:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms, ensuring win-win agreements.
- Close high-value enterprise deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Drive Customer Success:
- Partner with the customer success team to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation, fostering long-term relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing guidance to maximize the value of IUNU's solutions.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Stay informed about horticultural trends in the Netherlands and broader European markets, using insights to refine sales strategies.
- Contribute to localized marketing materials, sales presentations, and value propositions to strengthen IUNU's market position.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in technology or agriculture, with a strong network in the Netherlands or European greenhouse market.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic account management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset to work across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (proficiency in additional languages is a bonus).
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Europe (up to 30%).

NOTE: This position is work from home. It is expected that within your local area, you will visit greenhouses 50% of your time within the Westland region.
