We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Manager to join our new direct sales team. This role is instrumental in helping small businesses thrive by driving the full sales cycle – from lead qualification to closing deals – and shaping the processes of a foundational team.

The Outbound Sales team is a foundational part of our growth strategy in Germany. The salary:
We expect to pay from €57,000 - €65,000 OTE (€42,000 - €50,000 base salary + bonus, uncapped) for this role. But, we're open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
