The Out Of Home segment of JDE Peet's provides coffee and tea concepts to offices, government institutions, catering and hospitality, in short, all institutions outside the supermarket channel. Data is only valuable when you really do something with it. In this role as a Data Analyst you will use your analytical skills and BI-skills to strengthen our out-of-home sales teams. You will turn numbers into concrete opportunities and take the commercial performance of JDE Peet's to a higher level. In this role you will work together with a colleague data analyst and a sales coach.

About the role: In this role you will provide support in a wide range of data analyses, using large amounts of internal and external data to generate insights and improve the sales results of our out-of-home sales teams.

Your responsibilities:

• The creation of dashboards based on internal and external data, including sales data, product information, digital platform statistics, market data and more;
• Performing both recurring standard analyses and ad-hoc research to understand and improve the performance of product categories, customer segments, webshops and online campaigns.
• Identifying, initiating and leading the improvement of processes within the unit and stakeholders;
• You will be at the forefront of data-driven work in sales and guide colleagues in the correct and efficient use of dashboards and tools, so that they can independently carry out analyses;
• You are the first point of contact within the team for questions related to data, reporting and tools, where you proactively offer solutions and share knowledge.

• You have a completed higher education or professional education;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language;
• You have regular contact with international colleagues and therefore also know how to express yourself well in English;
• You have experience with PowerBI, experience with Alteryx and Salesforce is a plus;
• Strong analytical and communication skills: you see patterns in data and translate them into clear insights and advice;
• Commercial insight: you understand how analyses contribute to revenue growth and customer retention.
