Role Description

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist the customer in order to maximize the productivity of the store, exceeding your sales targets and utilizing the devices present in the store.

Duties

Customer Service:

Assist the customer in all phases of the sale, from choice to purchase of the product, ensuring that targets are met;
Provide alternatives and maximize sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

Assist in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor;
Check the inventory present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, to ensure that the full range of sizes is present.

Requirements

Experience in the retail sector preferred;
Excellent communication and customer management skills;
Disposition to work in a team and good attention to detail;
Necessary enrollment in the lists of the mandatory placement L. 68/99.
