Role Description

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist the customer in order to maximize the store's productivity, exceeding your sales targets and utilizing the devices present in the store.

Duties

Customer Service:

• Assists the customer in all phases of the sale, from choice to purchase of the product, ensuring that the targets are met;
• Provides alternatives and maximizes sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Assists in the constant maintenance of the sales floor standards;
• Checks the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.

Requirements

• Experience in the retail sector preferred;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Predilection for teamwork and good attention to detail;
• Necessary enrollment in the Mandatory Placement Lists L. 68/99.
