Description Of Role
As part of the JD team, you will acquire the necessary skills to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Duties
Customer Service:
- Assists the customer in all phases of the sale, from selection to purchase of the product, ensuring that the targets are met;
- Provides alternatives and maximizes sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
Visual Merchandising:
- Assists in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor;
- Checks the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.
Requirements
- Preferred even short experience in activities involving contact with the public outside the retail sector.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
