Role Description
As part of the JD Team, you will acquire the skills necessary to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Duties
Customer Service:
- Assist the customer in all stages of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring that targets are met;
- Provide alternatives and maximize sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor;
- Check the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.
Requirements
- Preferred even brief experience in activities involving contact with the public outside the retail sector.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
