Role Description

As part of the JD Team, you will acquire the skills necessary to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Duties

Customer Service:

• Assist the customer in all stages of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring that targets are met;
• Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor;
• Check the stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, to ensure that the full range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
