What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships and understand each customer's vehicle needs
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Guide customers through test drives, financing, and purchase processes
• Deliver vehicles and explain warranties and key features
• Provide outstanding service that builds long-term customer loyalty

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience (Honda experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset
• Familiarity with CRM or dealership software a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong advantage
