We are seeking a professional to act as a Finance Analyst, responsible for providing strategic support to different areas of the business, contributing to financial management, performance analysis, and decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support in financial management and planning of the commercial area, including expense control and analysis.
- Support to the billing area in the monitoring of receivables indicators, payment terms, and financial planning.
- Development of dashboards, reports, and performance analyses by channel and client, with a focus on sales volume and profitability.
- Strategic financial management of the Omnichannel (e-commerce) channel.
- Financial partner of the Sales Compensation team, supporting target calculations and analysis of the sales force results.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Complete higher education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influence and analysis skills.
- Experience with office suite (Excel, Power Point).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 times a week in the office).
- Intermediate English.
