Job Description:
- Directs Managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.
- Contributes to planning and administration of company programs and initiatives that promote the MedTech Sales area's agenda. Covering a certain area of business which targets to more than 2 billions RMB with consecutive growth.
- Analyzes industry trends and segments to drive new sources of qualified leads.
- Maintains Key Account customers in the area, and responds to developing VBP market with deep insight of policies, government. And being able to lead and organize the whole sales team to achieve business goals under such circumstances.
- Evaluates sales and materials related to performance, budget, processes, and overall effectiveness.
- Communicates strategically to highlight initiatives, activities, and achievements that bring positive visibility to the organization.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
- Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.
