✨ About The Role
- Responsible for achieving sales and business targets in the Turkish market in line with business plans
- Manage distributors, channels, and sales force to grow the franchise and in-market sales
- Work closely with EMEA to ensure successful implementation of activities in the country
- Develop and structure distribution channels in the market
- Implement processes to measure distributor performance and manage operational and strategic interfaces with distributors, sub-distributors, optics, and hospitals

- Experience in sales management within the healthcare industry, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales force effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Knowledge of distribution channels and experience in developing and implementing channel strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
