Advises in less complex initiatives as a developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision to complete and submit key deliverables. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance strategy. Applies theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance field, to carry out procedures and outcomes that successfully meet the company's stringent Repair and Maintenance standards.
