Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently seeking a Clinical Sales Support to join our CSS (cardiovascular & specialty solutions) team located in Israel – field based role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert clinical support during complex electrophysiology procedures, including cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis, mapping, and treatment using our advanced systems.
- Delivering professional training sessions and clinical education programs for healthcare professionals in Israel and abroad.
- Actively contributing to upgrading healthcare centers' capabilities through training and mentorship.
- Staying current with advancements in electrophysiology and related technologies to ensure exceptional support.
- Achieving sales targets by promoting and positioning our innovative electrophysiology solutions.
- Managing a personal territory, building strategic partnerships with key hospital accounts and stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing a robust business and clinical plan to achieve territory objectives.
- Gathering and analyzing market data, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitoring and reporting on market dynamics, including competitor launches and market share shifts.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to refine value propositions and support product launches.
- Overseeing hospital inventory, consignment management, and timely order fulfillment to ensure seamless clinical operations.
- Addressing product malfunctions promptly, following company protocols to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and timely reporting on inventory levels, order status, and operational efficiency.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, medical technologies/engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Professional experience in a clinical setting, preferably in cardiology departments or electrophysiology labs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to manage a territory and meet or exceed sales and clinical support objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on market data.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with exceptional organizational skills.
- Flexibility to travel for clinical support, training, and business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
