Your responsibilities
• Identify and exploit commercial opportunities, as well as develop strategies to achieve objectives
• Ensure the complete support of hospitals and clinics, including advice and support in the use of our products in spinal surgery
• Introduce product innovations and strengthen existing ranges
• Advise your clients before, during, and after surgical interventions in the field of spinal orthopedics and neurosurgery
• Plan and conduct workshops and training for medical staff
• Develop lasting client relationships with doctors, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers
Your profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the field of medical devices
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Autonomous and dynamic personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
• University degree or higher education and skills a plus
• Great flexibility and availability for travel
• Excellent knowledge of French and English
• Mastery of MS Office tools, flexibility, and willingness to travel
