We are searching for the best talent for our Electrophysiology Sales Manager position for our Shefayim site in Israel (field-based position).
Purpose: Managing the clinical support team in the field of electrophysiology, achieving the sales targets of the franchise by introducing all products for use in existing and new procedures, capturing market shares, and positioning the field as a leading and unique platform in the market, serving as a key growth engine for the core business of the division. Reporting to the Manager of the Cardiovascular Specialty Solutions franchise.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the clinical support team, including conducting team meetings for support and sales, while ensuring full collaboration and coordination with other managers in the division and organization.
- Business Plan Implementation: Drive and implement the annual business plan, with evaluations and monitoring at the quarterly and semi-annual levels.
- Meeting the sales targets of the division in the field.
- Customer Relationships: Establishing distinct and personal connections with business clients, providing responses and business and marketing solutions to clients.
- Inventory Efficiency: Meeting inventory efficiency targets in the areas for which responsible.
- Quality and Logistics Targets: Meeting the quality and logistics targets set at the beginning of the year.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the market, emphasizing competitors and existing procedures.
- Opportunity Analysis: Analyzing, identifying, and locating new opportunities for market development and expansion in all its areas.
- Working continuously and in full cooperation with the division management team, including the clinical manager and marketing manager.
- Developing, training, and providing professional guidance to clinical support staff and sales representatives, defining clear goals and enhancing personal and professional capabilities.
- Providing professional support in the field and during simulation meetings and event analyses in basic and advanced training of the support and sales teams in the fields.
- Obtaining clinical articles and up-to-date materials to promote leading and future procedures within the area of responsibility while preparing comprehensive professional materials to assist sales personnel in achieving sales goals.
- Coordinating and assisting in establishing Centers of Excellence domestically and identifying such centers abroad for collaboration with clients.
- Assisting in leading the marketing activities of the franchise to achieve the targets set in the business plan.
- Participating in and promoting meetings with key accounts and customers, according to franchise's priorities.
- Managing consignment and framework orders with hospitals.
- Working continuously with customer service (implement pricing, optimize operational service exchanges while adhering to company policies).
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Academic Degree: Mandatory, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Management Experience: At least 3 years of managerial experience of over 5 employees.
- Proven experience from a Medical-device or Pharmaceutical company – a must; Preferably from a global company.
- Significant advantage if experienced in managing capital sales and disposable equipment.
- Very high proficiency in English.
- High work ethic.
- Ability to function under high pressure and in a changing work environment.
