We are searching for the best talent for a Sales Manager Oncology Gulf role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Purpose: The Sales Manager Oncology is responsible for leading and driving the commercial execution of the Oncology portfolio across the Gulf region. The role is accountable for achieving business objectives through strategic leadership, high-performance team management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric execution aligned with Johnson & Johnson's Credo values. The Sales Manager will lead a team of Product Specialists and work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, and Strategic Account Management teams to maximize patient access and business growth while ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations and J&J policies.
