Currently, we are seeking for the Sales Manager Vision Care for Iberia, a mid-size market of the Vision Care business and is part, in a cluster of countries with Italy, of the Western Europe region.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, shaping, directing and coaching the field sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed established sales targets through a seamless execution. Travel time: 60%
Member of the local management team; will play a key pivotal role between strategy and execution, with a continuous improvement and feedback approach.
