Job Description:
The position of Sales Representative of Neuquén, Neuquén, or Cipoletti, Río Negro, Argentina, in Vision will be responsible for achieving the sales of Vision Care products in new and established specialized accounts (Key and Independent Accounts), to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Excludent: Sense and vocation of service to the patient, understanding that the position demands 100% commitment and responsibility to achieve total patient satisfaction while respecting the company's internal processes.
• Helps in achieving the established sales objectives, including market share objectives in the prescribed territory.
• Identifies field commercial needs, opportunities, weaknesses, strengths, and proposes initiatives to improve business and optimize sales.
• Collaborates in the collection of its assigned clients in the territory.
• Conducts and implements market development and field marketing activities. Schedules appointments and makes pre-planned sales presentations to customers.
• Demonstrates the accurate use of products to professionals.
• Develops customer- and product-focused presentation packages for sales.
• Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities to improve the knowledge of health professionals.
• Acts as the direct line with customers.
• Collaborates in the correct development of the online channel through executions with main e-commerce clients minimizing the impact of the traditional channel.
• Conducts periodic visits to customers to capture information on orders and market conditions.
• Targets and manages the assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget.
• Coordinates with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
• Conducts national, regional, and local promotional activities designed to promote sales in specific product areas or lines.
• Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains sales forecasts for commercial planning per account and sends them to management.
• Prepares sales reports and documents as needed. Provides management with customer feedback and market information. Identifies potential business impacts.
