Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect with new and existing customers to position and sell a suite of safety and compliance solutions. J. J. Keller's diverse portfolio consists of Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, Training Resources, Consulting & Outsourced Services, SaaS Safety Management Tools, and Transportation Technology.
Your daily focus will include:
- Making outbound prospecting calls
- Conducting discovery conversations to identify client needs
- Presenting value-driven solutions to close business
- Managing a sales pipeline and exceeding monthly sales goals
Sales Roles Tailored to Your Strengths - We offer multiple paths based on your skill set and career goals:
- Structured Selling β High-volume outbound calls using a proven script aimed at one-call closes, and winning every day
- Marketing-Driven Leads β Outbound prospecting calls into marketing driven leads. Engage in discovery conversation to develop opportunities to sell new products and solutions
- Dedicated Account List β Develop a prospecting and sales strategy to uncover and grow business within a dedicated list of accounts
Who We're Looking For:
- Hunter Mentality β You're driven, competitive, and passionate about winning new business
- Sales Experience β At least 1 year in phone-based or B2B sales preferred
- Clear Communicator β Confident presenting over the phone and skilled in building rapport
- Tech-Savvy β Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new systems
- Education β High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment & Culture:
- Schedule: MondayβFriday, 8:00 AMβ4:30 PM CST. No nights or weekends.
- Remote Flexibility: Work remotely in the U.S., hybrid, or in-office in Neenah, WI

Compensation & Benefits:
- First-Year Earnings: $55,000β$70,000 (Starting at $24/hour base + monthly performance incentives)
