Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to support business growth by managing inbound leads, converting inquiries to paying clients, and executing both digital and offline sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of client engagement, and sales conversion in the fmcg, luxurious items, health or cosmetic industry, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Sales Conversion:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries across all channels and platforms.
  • Convert inquiries into consultations and guide clients through the sales funnel toward paid procedures.
  • Follow up consistently with leads that have not progressed, ensuring no opportunity is lost.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into revenue through effective persuasion and service knowledge.
  • Digital Sales & Campaign Execution:
  • Plan, place, and manage Instagram and TikTok Ads to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Increase engagement, interaction, and follower count on social media platforms.
  • Copywriting for ad content, social media posts, and client-targeted articles.
  • Execute paid ad campaigns to drive traffic and capture leads across platforms.
  • Offline Sales Activities:
  • Represent the business at women's groups and events with compelling sales presentations.
  • Initiate and manage partnerships with spas and wellness brands for client recruitment.
  • Explore creative offline channels to boost brand awareness and client acquisition.
  • Client Engagement & Retention:
  • Generate weekly Google reviews by encouraging feedback from satisfied clients.
  • Coordinate with nurses, content creators, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Develop insightful and entertaining content ideas to boost engagement and drive inquiries.
  • Market Research & Strategic Input:
  • Research trends in the cosmetic surgery market and recommend strategies for improved sales performance.
  • Extend research efforts into other surgical specialties as new services are introduced.
  • Propose initiatives that will drive client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Achieve a minimum of 15 consultations per month.
  • Deliver at least 7 major surgeries per month.
  • Performance targets will be reviewed and adjusted quarterly in line with business objectives.
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, client relations, or a related role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and follow-up skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales through both digital and offline channels.
  • Familiarity with social media ads (Instagram and TikTok) and basic analytics.
  • Confident in public speaking and networking for business development purposes.
