Deliver short product demos virtually
Convert free trials into paid subscriptions ($9–$99/mo plans)
Secure bulk partnerships with associations, incubators, and accelerators
Track leads and conversions in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot)
Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or business development
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)
Knowledge of the NGO/funding landscape in Nigeria is a plus
Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented
We offer a base retainer plus commission. This is a performance-driven role where results are rewarded.
Budget range of $200–$500 monthly
Commission: 20% on first-year revenue (SMEs, startups, Growth/Pro/Enterprise plans; 15% on entry NGO plans)
Bonuses: $500 for onboarding 20+ orgs, $1,000 for bulk deals of $10K+ ARR
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $2,000–$3,000/month (retainer + commissions + bonuses)
