Ecosystem Sales Manager - Scale

This role is designed for a dynamic sales professional eager to drive growth through a high-impact partner ecosystem. You will play a central role in generating new business by activating and scaling partner-driven demand across a diverse network. You will engage with a variety of partners, from distributors to hyperscalers, contributing directly to pipeline generation and revenue growth. Accountabilities:

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline generation through scalable programs, targeted campaigns, and systematic account mapping initiatives
  • Collaborate with account executives, marketing teams, and regional leadership to integrate partners into territory planning and demand generation strategies
  • Execute repeatable partner-led campaigns, including industry-focused initiatives, account targeting efforts, and regional events
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and conduct detailed account mapping to uncover new customer acquisition potential
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse ecosystem of partners, including distributors, resellers, and cloud providers
  • Support partner enablement and activation initiatives to increase engagement and contribution across the ecosystem
  • Manage event-driven partner strategies, from pre-event alignment to post-event pipeline conversion
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, pipeline forecasts, and campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales development, business development, or partner-driven pipeline generation within a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, including working with distributors, resellers, and cloud platform partners
  • Proven ability to design and execute scalable demand generation campaigns and partner engagement strategies
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools to manage pipeline, forecast results, and measure campaign performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Interest in modern software development practices and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Adaptability to a remote, fast-paced environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel for partner engagement and events as needed
