The Head/Director of Sales Operations will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and revenue growth across the sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies and enable scalable, high-performance sales operations. You will oversee sales systems, analytics, forecasting, and reporting while mentoring a high-performing Sales Ops team. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, technical fluency in CRM and sales tools, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
