Mid-Market Sales Executive – Video Safety & Software Technology

We are currently looking for a Mid-Market Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint across US commercial fleets. This role focuses on consultative sales, managing complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, and delivering tailored technology solutions that improve safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will engage directly with executives and operations leaders, presenting solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI. Working closely with marketing, engineering, and customer success teams, you will build long-term customer relationships and influence the strategic adoption of cutting-edge video safety and fleet management technology. This position offers a highly autonomous and fast-paced environment with significant growth potential.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full Mid-Market sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to deal closure (deal sizes typically $120K+ ARR)
  • Target, engage, and close mid-market fleet customers with 100–999 vehicles
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand fleet operations, safety goals, compliance requirements, and ROI drivers
  • Present and demo AI-driven video safety, telematics, and software solutions to executive and operations teams
  • Navigate complex buying groups, including C-level, IT, operations, safety, procurement, and finance stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts, multi-year agreements, and pricing while ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and CRM management
  • Partner with Customer Success to support smooth account transitions and drive long-term growth
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and on-site customer meetings

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in Mid-Market+ sales
  • Proven track record selling into construction, utilities, or field service industries preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS, fleet management software, IoT, video telematics, or safety technology
  • History of successfully closing mid-market, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable presenting to VP- and C-level executives
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management, follow-through, and pipeline management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Prior experience selling video safety, telematics, or ELD solutions is a plus
  • Experience with national or multi-location fleets (100+ vehicles) is preferred
