As the Regional Vice President of Franchise Sales, you will drive franchise growth across your assigned region by building strong relationships with prospective franchisees, guiding them through the sales process, and supporting existing owners. You will act as a key ambassador for multiple franchise brands, combining consultative sales skills with strategic market insights. Accountabilities

• Present franchise brand offerings through marketing materials, store tours, and discovery sessions.
• Manage and nurture relationships with prospective franchisees from lead generation to franchise agreement.
• Maintain strong engagement with existing franchisees to ensure ongoing satisfaction and performance.
• Collaborate with business brokers, consultants, and internal teams to identify new growth opportunities.
• Attend trade shows, regional events, and virtual meetings to promote franchise opportunities.
• Act as a regional leader in franchise growth initiatives, partnerships, and market development.
• Travel throughout the assigned region to meet prospects and support franchise operations as needed.
