RVP, Sales

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and scaling sales operations across the UK and France. You will lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, and deepen engagement with key enterprise accounts. The position requires a balance of hands-on deal involvement and strategic leadership to ensure sustainable growth, accurate forecasting, and alignment with broader regional objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and operations to maximize pipeline efficiency and client impact. This role thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment, where ownership, accountability, and results are paramount.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and implement the sales strategy for the UK and France, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives.
  • Drive new business development through strategic account planning, proactive pipeline management, and deep relationship-building with C-suite executives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and monitor regional sales performance, providing insights and updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and customer success to optimize lead generation, enablement, and retention initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted ambassador for the company, cultivating relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's presence and influence across EMEA North.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales leadership experience, including managing and scaling high-performing teams in the UK, France, or comparable international markets.
  • Proven track record in complex, high-value enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and six-figure contracts.
  • Expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), SaaS, or related marketing technology, with strong solution positioning skills.
  • Hands-on leader with the ability to balance strategic planning and deal-level involvement.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account management, complex solution selling, and forecasting rigor.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; English fluency required, additional languages (e.g., French) a plus.
  • Results-driven, metrics-focused, and capable of operating effectively in fast-paced, cross-cultural, and multi-lingual environments.
