This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-performing sales territory spanning Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma, overseeing roughly 130 retail accounts with an average annual revenue of $15 million. You will lead sales initiatives including promotions, new product launches, inventory management, and pricing strategies, while partnering with retail teams to optimize category management and business analytics. The position emphasizes strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and innovative problem-solving to drive business growth. · Manage sales and distribution across the assigned geography, including merchandising support as needed.
· Execute sales initiatives with retail partners, covering promotions, new brands, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
· Consult and engage with retail partners on category management and business analytics to enhance performance.
· Design and implement strategies to improve business outcomes using data analysis, marketing initiatives, and product placement.
· Develop and use systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and metrics.
