In this role, you will lead sales and distribution activities across a defined territory encompassing Louisiana and Mississippi, managing a portfolio of approximately 130 retail accounts with an average annual revenue of $15 million. You will partner with retailers to implement promotional initiatives, introduce new products, manage inventory, and optimize pricing strategies. The position emphasizes using business analytics and category management to drive retail performance and growth. You will develop innovative approaches to improve sales results while participating in structured training programs to enhance leadership and strategic capabilities. · Manage sales and distribution within the assigned territory, including merchandising support as needed.
